It’s clean
The therapy pool is the best part of the Y. I have recommended the therapy pool to many people that have mobility issues and trouble exercising. The warm water relaxes your muscles and makes it easier to move.
They are making it easy for my son who is only 11 to get exercise the way he likes! We do many group classes together and all the instructors are amazing. Susan is our fitness coach and I cant express how amazing she is.
The Floyd County facility is always clean, odor free and all the equipment is kept in excellent working condition. Plus, the people working there are very responsive to any request.

Ms. Merideth! She is GREWAT with kids. We went from me having to be in the water with the my toddler attached to me arm to "Mom, I can't wait to go to swim class with Ms. Merideth...you can sit on the wall and watch!"
Love the facilities in New Albany. I most appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff are great. And the options for exercising are incredible. Especially LOVE that there's a sauna and a steam room! And you can't beat the view from the treadmills on the third floor.
Employees at the front counter are very courteous. Would like to know if lockers get spray with sanitizer ? Some guests store stinky shoes in them. I mainly use the therapy pool.

Swim lessons for kids and child care
We love Miss Donna! Also I feel like these classes are a great bonding experience for parents and children. We are not pushed to do anything we are not comfortable with which is really important to me as a mom. We are allowed to let go when we are comfortable and to hold on when we are not.
Most instructors have been great! They seem to really want the children to learn how to swim. There are a few who have gone above and beyond to help each other out and the children.
