The Floyd Co location has a pool as well as wet and dry saunas. Those are really fantastic features that you don’t find in many gyms.

The activities for the kids
My 4 1/2 year son has done so well with swimming lessons at the YMCA. The teacher have been awesome! They are patient and really know how to get the children to be interactive! We are on the second round of lessons. It’s totally worth it!!
The field trips this year
Able to walk when the weather is not good outside. Always friendly and clean.
Convenient, noticeably clean and sanitized, friendly employees, easy parking, and a good atmosphere to walk track, ride exercise bikes, or work out. All the glass windows make the outside views nice.

I go to spin classes four days a week. Sara Johnson and Megan Horstman are the best. I have attended classes all over the country as I travel a lot and these two instructors are the most positive, energetic instructors I have come upon. They deserve a raise. You don't want to lose either one!
Wide assortment of exercise equipment, cleanliness, and availability. I do wish you would go back to the 10 pm closing time. That was more convenient to us.

I like that things are back to normal operations and the willingness to maintain the previous policies and procedures that allowed us to enjoy the facilities in the past. Always felt like a place to feel like things are normal. Easy to relax and focus on exercise.
