The pools
Warm Water aerobics classes. Wish there were more classes in the warm water pool. I often cannot get in. The classes are full.

We love the summer camp. We both work full time. It gives us the piece of mind that our child is having a fun summer, he is staying active mind and body and social. He loves all of the activities and the staff.

Clean, friendly, environment. Lots of space , adequate parking. Great selection of group exercise classes.

YMCA summer camp is a fantastic way to keep our kids engaged over the summer. The staff is very friendly, supportive, and they make sure that everyone is included in all activities.
Great communication, keeps the kids busy and entertained with different activities everyday.
This is the first year that we have put our 6 year old in any form of "camp". The Floyd County Y has met and exceeded our expectations. Our son is excited to go back in everyday and doesn't stop talking about how fun he had throughout the night. This is a stellar program and we will be taking advantage of the other camps in the future!
I like that they work hard on a fun schedule for the children such as field trips, lots of swimming. My kids are worn out, mentally stimulated and get a chance to interact with other kids, work on solving problems with friends and have fun!
