The top notch fitness classes and instructors. Sarah, who teaches Cycling at Floyd County, is as good as it gets. A game changer! Moving the cycling room which adds more space and seems to add more bikes was an excellent decision!
I also love the scheduling for classes on Saturday, which enables members to take back to back classes I.e. Cycling-Body Pump. Would really like it if you could bring back Sunday cycling. It was another awesome class.
Workouts are wonderful for our bodies and mind. This facility has it all.

I love the pools (lap swimming) and therapy pool (would really like to see it back to normal operating hours too!), and the steam and sauna rooms. The staff are uniformly friendly and willing to answer questions. It's a great place!
