Told them I had the tire pressure light going on and off and asked if could check my tires. They found a nail in one and said they could place a plug in it. I was going out of town so asked if it would be safe to drive on it. Was told yes. Within 2 hours, tire pressure gauge back on. Went flat completely while I was out of town on a holiday weekend with 4 kids. Not the relaxing weekend I was hoping for.
To make it up… refund cost of fixing tire and pay for the new tire I had to buy since I was not anywhere near a place where my warranty on tire would pay for a repair

I hate aggressive sales tactics. Just sitting waiting there, you see the same thing over again. It’s obvious that there’s sone sort of commission involved or sone kind of target to reach.
I try to go there whenever I need an oil change. They don't pressure you to purchase additional services.
