I was visiting the area on business (over 1,000 miles from home) and needed an oil change. Shaun took me right in, explained everything, and he and the rest of the folks did a great job. It was fast and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Even the waiting room was spotless. Thank you.
My car was not vacuumed as advertised for the oil change and for almost $100 before coupon, I think it should have been included.

I paid $97 for my oil change. The next day while driving my oil light came on. When I checked the dip stick, there was no measurable oil on the stick. I contacted the closest Jiffy Lube, not,the one where the oil change was performed. The technician told me there was only 2 quarts of oil in the crankcase. This oil was drained and he added 5.1 quarts. He also told me that the gasket on the oil plug was missing, however there was no oil wetness in the area. He installed a new oil plug and gasket. All at no charge. Fortunately for me the lack of oil in the crankcase did not cause me any damage. I will now drive the extra distance (15) miles to the second location, never to return to the Reisterstown branch
