Everything — especially the punctuality! It took 15mins MAX to get my oil and filter changed. It included topping off all fluids and vacuuming my floors. Great service! I’ll be back.
They don't know how to reset cars when changing the oil and changing the filters because the prices are too high.

The workers inflated all four of the tires on my pickup to 35 psi.
Toyota's (cold-)pressure specification for my tires, printed on the face of a tag clearly visible at a standard location on the driver's side front-door frame, is 26 psi front, 29 psi rear. After driving the truck for a few miles in average weather tires inflated to these cold pressures typically gauge at just one or two psi higher. Visible on the surface of the tires themselves is a warning that their maximum sustainable pressure is 32 psi.
I have asked the workers at Jiffy Lube on several occasions to just leave the tires alone if they are unable to follow Toyota's instructions. Instead I'm left with the chore of deflating my tires with my own gauge when I arrive back home.
I specifically asks what it would cost 3 times before allowing them to do my truck after confirming the price would not be more than135i told them to proceed, they finish and come out and tell me its $256! i said you quoted me this amount for the oil change, well i made a mistake.
I had to argue and still had to pay over 150.
This is after taking another car there last month they trued to tell me i needed things that i didn't and left greasy Last name removed prints all throughout the car. This will be my last trip to Jiffy Lube!
Staff was extremely nice, the place was clean and they were pretty quick.

I asked the intake person if they could show my grandson who is 17 where you put transmission fluid if needed. I asked if someone could do it when they finished and brought the car around. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes to lift the hood and point to the place. I was told that the manager said no as you do not provide training and I would have to go elsewhere.
