How fast it was and how nice and friendly the mechanics are
I communicated that other jiffy lube mess up the oil in my car. So after I left this one there the sticker and total wrong so I called back to let the manager know and his answer just change it with a pen. Phone number removed. First name removed

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube today! The staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. I pulled in for an oil change and they had me in and out in no time, which I really appreciated since I was on a tight schedule.
The team was thorough in explaining what was being done, and they even took the time to check the air pressure in my tires and top off all my fluids, all included in the service! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch.
I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape. Jiffy Lube always delivers on quality and speed, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The service was done quickly and professionally. I was asked if I wanted any of the other 'checks' like air filters; it was so nice to be given the choice and not a hard after-the-fact upsell. I will go here for all my oil changes from now on. Such a better experience than any other place I've been!

I really liked how they took care of my car.
Nico and all of the other Automotive technicians went over and above for me the last time I was there. Even though I got there kind of late they took great care of me as if they had all the time in the world to help me. I really appreciated their extra effort and putting my bottom cover plate back on.
I don’t know if windows don’t get washed anymore but mine weren’t today. Also the vacuuming of the floors was done in the front but not the back. And my keys were dropped and the remote entry smashed. The employees did good work taping it up and making sure it worked but that might become a problem in future.
