Fast professional service

Waited 3 hours and 25 minutes for an oil change, brakes and tires and was told it would be about an hour. When it got to be very long, I was offered a $40 discount, but was told I couldn't use the $50 brake coupon, with the $40 discount. So I said I would use the $50 on the brakes. I was told it was almost done and then waited another 25 minutes before I was finally done. They did offer me a free tire rotation, as the new tires should be on the back. All in all, the work was done but not happy about how it was handled. I bring this car and my other car to this location and will be back, but will have my "other" stuff done elsewhere. Wasn't confident with the way things were going, and the number of people that were gathered around the vehicle for the time it was back there. I would appreciate a follow up email or call

You left too many spots from the squeegee in drivers view
My windows were clean before I went there
My chrome caps for my air were not tight at all causing one to fall off
After I noticed that another was about to fall off the other two were loose as well
Theses are simple things to do
I just hope you replaced filter and put the correct amount of oil in my truck

Professional and outstanding service. Technicians very knowledgeable and with experience.

So when I was driving home the exhaust was smoking. They asked me to get it towed back to the shop. Sounds like a gasket or something. I asked them to come out to look at the car. Reluctantly they did. They oveefilled it with oil was the reason. I drove back to shop they fixed it.
Later on my wiper fluid wasn't coming out. Found out they pinched windshield washer hose after replacing filter. SMDH

I received an email from JiffyLube with an estimate of $58.09 for an oil change and tire rotation. My estimate ID is Q583820. Now, I fully understand it was an estimate, but at the end of the service the store tried to charge me $107!

I ended up discussing with the manager and he removed the tire rotation charge. I don't understand why such a difference from the from the estimate. Plus or minus 10% would be acceptable.

I know for a fact I had way too much oil in my truck. Because I check it and put to much in. I took it to the shop the mechanic stated get an oil change immediately. The sell person told me I was a quart short and charged me extra money. I didn't feel like arguing with him. I just know I won't be going back

I've been very satisfied with the service I have received from my local (West St., Annapolis, MD) location for many years. Would recommend them without hesitation.

The service was fast and the price of my pil change was "fair". Though, I was not told how much it cost until the job was alrrady done.
I was also given a recommendation for two other services that I was told my vehicle "needed" except when I asked how much each service cost I had to wait for the associate to leave and come back with price for each service they offered.
