Professional staff and good service.
I recently visited Jiffy Lube Annapolis and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Sean and Chad. Both were incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything to me and ensured that my car was in top shape before I left. Their friendliness truly stood out. It's not often you come across service like this—I'll definitely be returning for all my car maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Service was absolutely amazing. I came into Jiffy on a Sunday needing an oil change and I was able to speak with Mr. Budget who was kind enough to assist me. Not only did Mr. Budget take the time to thoroughly explain their routine care so I can have a better understanding of other services but he also reminded me about my discount coupon right before I checked out. Service was fast, as well as efficient, and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable; especially since this was my first visit.
The visit was quick and simple. The tech explained any concern as well.

I have been going to JL for years and have been very satisfied with service.
However this visit with charge of $1,105.56 is several times higher than it ever was.
Understand you did a lot & replaced parts but it seemed very expensive to me. I went to JL as it is usually very good service at reasonable cost.
Agree the service was very good but the price seems very high.
I drive by my dealer to get to JL will sure have to rethink it next time. I get flyers from other business looking for my business.
Guess total cost just seems high. You were always my go to place for service, have to think about next time. Service was good and staff friendly, just more expensive than I was thinking.
