The Crofton Jiffy is incredibly customer oriented.
I genuinely like jiffy lube and have used it for many years. I was a little disappointed however this last visit when my spouse showed the person ringing her up the $10 off coupon, but it was never applied, so I ended up paying more than I wanted.

I have not had working air conditioning all summer. I came to Jiffy Lube, had diagnostic done and was told I need new compressor. After just under $1,000 later . . . I had cool air for maybe 3 days. I've been back and forth to Jiffy Lube multiple times. The 3rd or 4th time, I was told it's a leak in some hose. Some kind of solutions was flushed through to hopefully plug the leak. That didn't work successfully either. I haven't been back since, not because I have air condition but because I don't believe they know what they're doing or what the problem is and now I've spent $1,000 for nothing! I doubt I'll be going back for any service at this point. I gave a 2 because the men were friendly but what I need is A/C.
