I like going to Jiffy lube, they get oil change done quick and top off your car as needed.
The oil trace and print left behind inside the car is what i dislike about Jiffy lube.
Maybe the mechanics should put some cover on the seat before seating in the car to drive it in and out of the shop.maybe change glove after every car serviced. My seat look dirty by black grease, and grease hand and foot print all over inside the car. on the Gear shift, bottom door frame, on seat , on glove compartment Cover. I had to clean grease inside the car every time i get service from jiffy lube . And this is first time i chose to complain about it.
To make things right: i should either get reimbursed for the oil change service that day, or pay for my car inside detail cleaning.

The quote that I received over the phone was not what I was charged when I came in. The service was at least $150 more than I was quoted.
I pulled right in, was done within 15 minutes. Staff was great and price was comparable to other discount oil change places. I didn't have to make an appointment so it fit in with my schedule. Will definitely bring our other vehicle there
