Reduction of equipments
Had my oil changed Wednesday morning, had to drive to 2 hospitals the same day. Today when I came home in my truck I could see a big oil spot under my Dodge under the side of my oil filter. In the morning I'm going to check my oil and drive it directly back to Jiffy Lube.
My wife and I are both upset not only about the car but also about the oil spot on our NEW concrete driveway.I drove over 90 miles yesterday

No one is perfect. An accident happened where my Nissan Rogue had been damaged by the oil change. One of the associates came and was honest about the issue and their plan to fix it. Later the manager came, apologized, and shared the reason behind what happened. In both cases, they did not make excuses, but humbly shared the situation and the plan to fix it. I appreciated their commitment to me as the customer, and even though it took 2 hours, they did not show frustration.
While waiting, I noticed another customer lost their temper, and rather than being defensive, the manager remained calm and showed care for the customer. His efforts ended with the customer calming down and they were able to resolve the issue.
While no one is perfect, I was glad to see the work ethic and professionalism from this staff. I would and will come back and I will continue to recommend Jiffy Lube to others.
