Every employee that I encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. They took care of my requested oil change and before too long I was back on the road. I was also able to use a coupon for additional savings. I believe the job was completed properly. Thank you.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

I was told to type my own email address & information in the system I’ve never done that before i was never asked to do that. They gentleman couldn’t explain my bill after i had questions. Also my hood keeps opening and not shutting correctly. I will be up there tomorrow to let them know bc my hood to my car was properly working before i got to jiffy lube

My engine light came on while driving home and before going home I went directly to Jiffy lube. Within 5 minutes I was talking to a technician and he immediately addressed the issue and the light went out. No issues since.. Very appreciative.
