I like the selection, quality and knowledge of bicycles. I have purchased 5 bikes over the years. Have always had a great experience except for my last purchase. Sales person was pushy and rude (didn’t really seem to care what I was saying just wanted to make a sale). This has not been my experience to date. He even tried to convince my son to buy a bike he really didn’t want.
Overall my experience has been positive. Hoping this last experience (Norwood store) is not the service going forward.
Staff is always very polite and knowledgeable. Service was timely and professional. I never feel like I’m being offered services I don’t need.
In a word Hannah was exceptional! Her patience, product knowledge and sincere concern for my satisfaction was something I have rarely experienced at any level of a purchase including my recent purchase of a premium brand auto.
I have had dealings with other bike retailers and no one I have worked with has demonstrated Hannah's attention to detail or has her depth cycling and product knowledge. It is clear that she places a high value on customer satisfaction and I think of her more as a trusted advisor than a sales person. For this reason all my future purchases will be at Landrys in Norwood. She is truly a rock star!

Your product services provide a very fair priced for most skilled work that needs to be done. Had a brake job that needed to be done, was quoted twice the amount everywhere else. Paid half at Landry’s!

I worked with Dan and he was extremely helpful. I haven't ridden a bike in a long time and help direct me to a bike that would match me. Everyone there was extremely helpful. I dealt with others getting things added to my bike as well and not one person I spoke to wasn't helpful. I would highly recommended them to other people.

It was so easy to drop off my Burly child stroller (attaches to my bike or can be used as stroller). The stroller was ready for pick up the next day. The cost for a new tire and labor was reasonable.
Employees are knowledgeable, pleasant and look like there having fun , selling fun.
The service is excellent especially the mechanics - but the prices for service and products can be high.

Landry’s had amazing reviews on Google, and those reviews did not disappoint. They had an easy way to text when you arrived. If occupancy was low enough, they texted you to come on in. I got my road bike tuned up and handlebars redone with a less than 1 week turnaround. These guys are so nice. They are taking ever precaution with Covid, and they were very quick and job well done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Have been long time fan of Landry's, having been involved with Memory Ride for Alzheimer's research for many years, as a rider (husband) and a pit stop crew member (me) for several years in the 90's and early 2000's when the Noonan family ran it. I work in
Braintree Hill Park. Had my old bike serviced there last spring. Planned to buy a new bike this year. Went to Braintree store week before last to find it closed due to Covid exposure, so I hopped over to Norwood. I was on a mission. Surprisingly, I bought my bike! Hannah was super. She listened to my needs and price range, what I didn't want (especially colors), assessed and showed me my options, and helped me select the Trek women's DS. Less expensive than my limit, too! Picked the bike up this past Saturday and plan to mount it onto my trainer this week to try it out.
I liked the attentiveness, the staff's knowledge, and the vast selection. Much better than last spring! We won't go anywhere else for products and service on our bikes. else
