Wouldn't change anything

The associate who assisted me at the store as very knowledgeable about the products and which bike shoes would be appropriate for my feet shape and usage. She installed the clippings quickly and accurately for an appropriate fit.

My sales person, Hannah, was very helpful throughout the process. I had many questions and she was very patient and informative. Very impressed and will recommend to others.

Hannah was and is outstanding! This is my first bike in TOO long. I purchased my toddler a bike and needed to get myself fitted. she was just excellent in that whole process. She helped me order and also gave me the confidence in what i was looking for that i chose along with a helmet and all the new bike accessories i would need first time out. on top of that i called back and ordered a bike for my wife and will be returning for a mountain bike and any additional accessories or bikes my family wants/needs in the future.
