they had the two fitness trainers in stock that we were interested in, and the salespeople took alot of time explaining each one, and the differences between them, it helped very much that one of them owns one of the trainers and has detailed knowledge of it, it was the one we ended up buying
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and immediately understood the issue I was having with my bike. I was treated like an informed bike owner (which I am) and it was fun discussing potential fixes to my issue. The free exchange of information clearly confirmed (I've experienced it before, that's why I returned to the store with my issue) that the staff are genuine bike enthusiasts and not mere sales people. The fix to my bike was speedy and done perfectly.
