Very friendly, no pressure, knowledgeable service.
Staff made time to help my oldest son find a bike. Did not feel rushed even though they were fairly busy. Younger child pinched his finger in a bicycle chain and they helped get his finger free and offered him a snack to calm him down. Very appreciative of the staff!

I brought in a unique bike for service, and everyone on staff seems to know what it was immediately. When there were additional tasks to do, it was easy for Doug to describe on phone what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced and fixed.
It was honest, and excited work. I could see and hear the smiles on everyone I talked to.
There's more to be done, I'm waiting on a call about an import part arriving. I look forward to working with this shop more!

Hannah is the best! I brought my son's bike to get serviced because the gears stopped switching two days before he was supposed to start mountain biking camp. She squeezed his repair into the schedule and I picked the bike up a day later. She also fit him for a helmet. She was so thorough, friendly and professional that I asked her what days she works so I can be sure to come in and get her advice when I buy a new bike for myself. You have customers for life based on our great experience this past weekend!
