Great product selection, great service (Hannah was awesome!) A great all around experience and the shop looks great, lot of bikes to choose from as well as online for size,color, etc.. Will definitely shop there again.

Floor staff is always friendly & helpful. Mechanics could be a little more chipper and easier to discuss questions with. But then again, they're bike mechanics - it's not really in their DNA ;)
