I had my bike serviced. The intake was professional. The person explained what the concerns were and was upfront about the services needed, the costs, and the turnaround time. My only complaint is I had to wait a bit to get someone to help. But honestly, I liked that each customer got the person's full attention and was not rushed. So this is a bit a non-issue.
The work was actually completed five days ahead of the promised date. The bike works like a charm. Very happy.
Your folks are really nice and know their stuff. They fixed a bunch of work I had done. They were very nice about addressing my mistakes.
