They had to order a cassette for my bike that was not in stock and it took a few weeks to get in, but standard for the times and not their fault.
I always go to Landry's Norwood for all my cycling needs and they have never let me down.

The gentleman who helped me was incredible. He made me completely comfortable. I very quickly told him some concerns I had in bike shopping. He very quickly showed me 1 bike, I tested it, loved it. But felt it was too expensive. Found me one a little cheaper but similar model - instant purchase.

This was an excellent experience.

I have found the service dept accessible and available and as good as any smaller shop. I tended to think of Landrys as a big chain, but the smaller shops are too busy so I’m glad Landrys is here. I can’t afford the bikes, but appreciate the service department.

I bought a new Tacmac SL7 Comp yesterday. Hannah was awesome. It took several visits to get the correct parts (supply chain issues) that is a surprise. NOT!
She fitted me, I bought water bottle holders, pedals, pump and a mirror

The mechanic was also great in responding to a few questions
