Doug did a great job, I wasn’t really in the market but a deal is a deal and next thing you know I got a new frame to go with my 3 bike collection. I had been considering purchasing a “grail bike”, the deal on my Specialized S-Works Aethos made it happen!

Hannah was great. Made my life easy by writing up an invoice for my business and had the part ready before I arrived! Also she took the extra time to show me how to install on my own as it was a kickstand but required special attention to the different sized screws included in the kit. Thank you for great customer service.

Your staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They make average people who don’t have high end gorgeous bikes feel welcome and important too! The store itself is clean, organized and your fees for bike repair are fair.
Turnaround time has always been great.
