You generally have what I need.

I was looking for a specific product and the Norwood store did not have it in stock. The staff were kind enough to have it shipped from another store, called me to tell me it was in stock and being held for me. I was able to pick it up within 2 business days so a big Thank you!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. For my repair: the technician clearly described the diagnosis of the problem and the steps he was going to take to fix it. Once the repair was completed he explained the steps taken for the repair. The time taken to repair was very short, and the hours the shop is open are long enough that it was easy to drop off and pick up my bicycle.

The gentleman who fixes the bikes listens to you and gives you the best solution to fix your bike. He has also suggested an item that made it much easier to put my bike on my bike rack. He is always friendly and courteous. He also made sure my daughter's bike was safe for her 25 and 50 mile rides with the scouts. And, he helped me resolve an issue that another bike shop failed to notice during a tune up.

The customer service was the best I have ever experienced in a retail environment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my bike, everyone was friendly and more than happy to help.

I dropped off my bike to get a tune up and the gentleman I was working with (regarding the service my bike needed) made me feel confident I was leaving my bike in the best hands possible. He was very informative, easy to understand and overall the best employee I have ever interacted with in a retail environment.

I am very pleased with the high level of customer service that is provided by Landrys. Their personnel are very helpful and friendly. I recommend them for any bike tune up, equipment or repairs.

The service manager who reviewed my bike repair was the best. I used to go to Apex Velo for all my repairs but now I am switching to Landry in Norwood.

The service department is simply wonderful. My teen son is very hard on his bike and the guys doing the repairs are very customer focused and willing to listen to and work with specific timing requests for work completion. I will keep coming back… very happy.
