I was looking for a specific product and the Norwood store did not have it in stock. The staff were kind enough to have it shipped from another store, called me to tell me it was in stock and being held for me. I was able to pick it up within 2 business days so a big Thank you!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful. For my repair: the technician clearly described the diagnosis of the problem and the steps he was going to take to fix it. Once the repair was completed he explained the steps taken for the repair. The time taken to repair was very short, and the hours the shop is open are long enough that it was easy to drop off and pick up my bicycle.
