From the minute we walked in the door it was so nice. We were walking around doing our thing and everyone just let us be to explore. Once we were interested in something then someone came up and from there it was so nice. He was super helpful in pointing out the differences in the bikes that fit my cycling needs and let me test ride each bike at my own pace. Walked away with a winner and thankful for the guidance and polite employee.
