High level of customer service without high pressure sales. And I am a huge fan of PJ, Hannah and the women’s ride crew. I will drive to norwell store from Dorchester instead of ordering online for smaller items just to give them my business. I send everyone I know to them.

The people working there were Awesome! The guy helping us was really helpful. One thing I was disappointed about was the bike had a big scratch on it, it was not a deep scratch and it was only on the paint but it kind of stinks to buy a new bike with a big scratch in it . I think you need to be more careful with your inventory.

I'm a huge fan of the fitting services that are provided by your shop. For the past two years I had been dealing with painful sit bone saddle issues. I made an appointment for a Ultimate Ride Ready fit with Hannah and due to her knowledge and dedication I am riding comfortably and confidently.

patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales staff. Only knock would be on-hand selection/inventory. Willing to travel to different Landry's locations for top choice color, but would be more convenient to have more than just the floor model as available inventory. Again, very small knock; staff interaction more than made up for second choice color.

What do you like about our products and services?

I dropped my 2018 diverge comp off to have s recall done on the front end steering. Hannah was awesome as usual and I had my bike sooner than expected. This is the sole reason I purchased my bike from Landry’s. The professional and knowledgeable staff you have and the speedy service. Keep up the great work.
