My friend told me about Landry's since he recently bought a bike there and was pleased with the knowledge and customer service of the team, as well as the selection. I came for the consignment event (which was more energetic than some Black Friday shopping I've experience) and was thrilled with my consignment Trek purchase, trust the pre-check on the bike for safety ease-of-mind, and honestly enjoyed the communal feel of the experience. Lots of friendly, long-time customers and knowledgeable staff.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They also do not try and rob you blind either - they make recommendations what is best for you, not their wallet. They have a lifelong customer in me!
The people
Integrity, honesty, passion for riding, flexibility, helpfulness (irrespective of the “bottom line”). First came in for a possible repair, which proved to be futile (my bad on prior maintenance), and turned into a very satisfying donation to “Bikes not bombs” (my idea, enthusiastically encouraged by your employee—-Ethan? Evan? Apologies, because his professionalism brought me back for the consignment sale. He took the time to fit me for a future bike, and his wonderful attitude was continued forward by Peter (no surprise—-I only later found out that he and his brother are the owners—-same patience, kindness, determination to fit me properly—-wish I’d showed up for the consignment sale at 9 AM when the line formed!
All the repairs that they have done to my old vintage race bike at Norwood Landry's went very well (unlike at some other bike shops). The two new bikes I bought here are great quality and serve my needs very well. I am so glad that there is a place nearby for me to go to with any bicycle-related issues or needs! Keep up the good work!

We had a great experience with all the sales people and we got a great bike.
My only complaint is that I had to give my address and phone number to make the purchase. When paying with a credit card, I don’t feel that should be necessary.
