Absolutely fantastic experience!
I had a bike fitting with Hannah and couldn’t be more impressed. I went from barely being able to sit comfortably on my bike to feeling truly at ease. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her thoroughness and understanding made the entire process enjoyable and so worthwhile. Highly recommend!
We love your store in Norwood!! Hannah was the best!! She fitted my wife on her bike we bought from the Worcester location last December. Then she stayed after hours for me to pick up my new TREK DOMANE she even took time to get it ready with a new seat and show me the ends and outs of my new bike!
We live over an hour away and will travel that far just because of the customer service and of course because of Hannah!

Lovely, enthusiastic and skilled sales people. It would have been very easy to oversell to an inexperienced older client but I was treated very kindly. Brac was terrific: nuanced in his approach and wise beyond his years. Hannah did a wonderful assessment and adjustment of my new bike. All in all, very happy and could not recommend more highly.

As a rider before the Norwood employees were alive, my family shopped at Landry’s Schwinn in Downtown Framingham. Long before Trek or Specialized were start-ups.
To this day, the Landry’s name is synonymous with top quality, honesty, integrity, commitment, and the best overall experience. They can do it all from handling the purchasing bikes for the entire family, add-ons and gear for your ride, the best of high-quality safety equipment, and an highly-trained, visible service team to keep you rolling along.
As a bike enthusiast I enjoy listening/hearing a sale being made as it means another customer gets to learn what Landry’s is all about. I hope in 50 years my granddaughter will read a post from that lifelong Landry’s customer.
I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful people who work at Landry’s! The customer service is top notch. I came into the Norwood store to discuss a somewhat unique situation and possible store credit for an item I had purchased. I explained my situation to Sterling, who was very kind, receptive, and optimistic about the situation and possible outcome, and without any hesitation on the part of the wonderful store manager, Hannah, I was granted a store credit. This was my first time buying a bike since I was about 14 (I'm now 32). The young man, whose name I did not catch, helped as we approached the center of the store. He was great! He showed me a bike, to which I asked if there was one cheaper -- he showed me a bike in my price range and helped me size it to my hip. After that, he helped me find the accessories I needed, and he kept up with the conversation and chatted about cycling. I'm riding my first 30-mile race, so it was good to hear some tips and an idea of what I was getting myself into. I would come here again for good service and customer service.
Sean was just terrific. He met us at the front door as we walked in, listened closely, and made focused recommendations that we were thrilled with. Not bad for a maintenance guy! Landry's is first rate in every respect.
Service department is thorough and friendly
Shawn provided great service when I had to bring my bike back in after a new tubeless tire I bought wasn't holding air. Wasn't great I had to bring the bike back, but Shawn looked at it right away when I walked in, figured out the issue, fixed it, and called with an update when done.
