Mike (who usualy works at the Braintree store) was VERY helpful and attentive. There was a good range of produts available, and he really got me what I needed, without a hardsell, or trying to upsell, which I very much appreciated. I had planned to purchase a second hand bike at your sale, but didn't find one that suited, so I ended up getting a new bike. While I definitely spent more than I had planned, I am very happy with my purchase!

Well managed bike shop. Reasonable cost for repairs. Good team of mechanics who can troubleshoot electric bikes. Good hours and excellent communication. The Providence highway location is very convenient for me. The store Manager Hannah is very friendly, polite and thoughtful. Everyone is extremely helpful. One day I was bringing my bike in, she saw me and came to help me take it out of the car. Many a times she will walk to my car to help load it in the car. That is service that you don't see often today.
