I really appreciate (Brendan) repairing a broken spoke and retentioning a wheel at no cost to me.
I will bring in my bike for an annual tuneup to Norwood this winter.
Recently spoke to Ethan in Westboro about new tires. He is great to work with, knowledgeable and takes time to listen.
