We were greeted by Doug, he was busy with another customer but invited us to browse. Doug showed us around the showroom as we explained our purpose as it related to bikes. Doug was patient and knowledgeable, he suggested a "style" of bike before we landed on the purchased bikes. My wife and I are very happy with our new bikes and look forward to tooling around various neighborhoods and bike paths! Thanks, Doug for a job well done.

Our son's bike need some repairs as well as a service. When I arrived I was greeted warmly, as usual, and had an informative conversation about our bike. I was told about different parts that were available and about what the service covered. We were happy with the final price and time it took to work on our bike.
