I love the in between oil change top offs. 2 of my cars are older and often older vehicles burn the oil more quickly than the 3,000 mile oil change. Saves my engines. Thank you

Quickness and service

Technicians failed to properly secure the undercarriage after service. I had to miss an entire shift of work to come back the next day and get this addressed and night manager did not offer any compensation or even an apology for the poor work, and would not provide a written verification of the issue. i do not have the time or ability to return a third time to speak to the store manager, nor should I have to.
The least you can do to make things right is a prompt refund and empower you staff to fully address customer concerns at time of service.

The service was done quickly and professionally. I was asked if I wanted any of the other 'checks' like air filters; it was so nice to be given the choice and not a hard after-the-fact upsell. I will go here for all my oil changes from now on. Such a better experience than any other place I've been!

Nico and all of the other Automotive technicians went over and above for me the last time I was there. Even though I got there kind of late they took great care of me as if they had all the time in the world to help me. I really appreciated their extra effort and putting my bottom cover plate back on.

I don’t know if windows don’t get washed anymore but mine weren’t today. Also the vacuuming of the floors was done in the front but not the back. And my keys were dropped and the remote entry smashed. The employees did good work taping it up and making sure it worked but that might become a problem in future.

Quick oil change. Took a total of 8 minutes. Staff super friendly. Also got a discount. Always love coming to this location.

Fast professional service

Waited 3 hours and 25 minutes for an oil change, brakes and tires and was told it would be about an hour. When it got to be very long, I was offered a $40 discount, but was told I couldn't use the $50 brake coupon, with the $40 discount. So I said I would use the $50 on the brakes. I was told it was almost done and then waited another 25 minutes before I was finally done. They did offer me a free tire rotation, as the new tires should be on the back. All in all, the work was done but not happy about how it was handled. I bring this car and my other car to this location and will be back, but will have my "other" stuff done elsewhere. Wasn't confident with the way things were going, and the number of people that were gathered around the vehicle for the time it was back there. I would appreciate a follow up email or call

You left too many spots from the squeegee in drivers view
My windows were clean before I went there
My chrome caps for my air were not tight at all causing one to fall off
After I noticed that another was about to fall off the other two were loose as well
Theses are simple things to do
I just hope you replaced filter and put the correct amount of oil in my truck
