Friendly, professional greeting. Fast service. I appreciate being told what add on services were available to address potential maintenance for my car, but that it wasn't a "too pushy" sales pitch. Great location. This was my first time using Jiffy Lube in about 5 years and I was pleasantly surprised by the changes. Will be back!

I almost always use jiffy lube for oil changes. But you don't have any locations near my new home in West Virginia. I like the personalized attention they give each customer.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. They listened carefully, assessed my vehicle’s needs, and gave me honest advice. I was well cared for and the whole experience was very positive.
