I have never in my life spent $204 at Jiffy Lube. I’ve been coming there for decades. The young man who checked me in showed me some filters that needed replaced and I could visually see that. The synthetic oil price was $89.95 — which seemed high to me. Cabin air filter $49.99!!!
Also, another customer came in, and whenever the young man was telling her what she needed for her car, it was exactly what I needed for my car.

It was raining when I came in. They didn't vacuum my car at all. Didn't do my windows. Just changed the oil and checked over nothing else
This was the second time my tires are filled to different pressures. Right side 38, left side 36. Last time it was the same.
Techs are friendly when I arrive, get my car into the pay very fast and give me clear instructions on what I need done.
The young men that work there are very polite. They are fast and complete.
