What could we do to improve?

My only real issue is pricing. Trying to leep the maintenance on the vehicle is becoming a task within itsself.

Second visit. Was told if I purchased the wiper blade they would put on at no charge. When I arrived second visit I asked I was told no charged after waiting inside then was told there was a fee. Each visit is pressure to upsell and I hate it.
