Went for just oil change and they found i only had 1 mm of back brake pads, just had car at dmv 6 weeks ago and it passed. What the heck does dmv check, very happy they bought it.

This particular Jiffy lube has great leadership where they value the customer and welcome them back without the overselling bs you get at all the other ones, EX -the other ones. They vacuumed my car too. None of your locations are doing this anymore. look at my receipts I get around.

Very professional and reliable staff
I have a 2019 Chevy Cruze and requested a new cabin air filter. The techs were unable to change the filter and told me I had to go to a dealer to have it changed because the whole dash had to come off. When I search YouTube there are many diy videos that show the filter being changed in under 10 minutes. I believe they should have been able to change the air filter and I believe they are not properly trained.
