Ive been a customer at this Jiffy Lube for many years. Customer service is great. The service to my vehicle is done efficiently and at a fair price. There is always a coupon in the mail or online!
The location is cramped. Also, the prices are bit too high without coupons/promos. Unfortunately, most of us are broke and although I can afford $50-70, $100-150 is pushing it.
1st time there, service was prompt and courteous, so far so good

I went to Jiffy Lube of Glen Burnie, yesterday. I had a "normally pleasant" experience except for one thing. Watching and listening to a particular employee working with customers, especially elderly customers caught my attention. He treated everyone kindly but the three elderly customers present, he treated a little differently. I was so touched at how TJ spoke to and treated these people. I don't know how you handle things at Jiffy Lube but all of your new employees need to shadow TJ. Oh and he needs a raise. We need more TJ's in this world.

Too Expensive vs I could have driven 1 hour and 30 minutes from my home to Tristar instead of 30 minutes to Jiffy Lube and the price of oil change would have justified the drive. Then they tried to sell me a way overpriced tire rotation compareed to Tristar would be $21 vs $40 for Tired rotation. I paid over $80 for an oil change that was done so fast I wonder if they really did it vs oil change would have been cheeper at TriStar. I called to confirm this.
