I was never asked what I wanted done with my vehicle. When I showed up I told them I wanted a oil change. No one came out to asked what oil or other items I would like done. The gentleman came out and said your all done. I was like what do you mean I'm all done? No one asked me what I wanted. I said what did you do? He goes well used what you had done last time. I said well last time I had a a blend and I wanted all synthetic. He apologized said he was new and that was it. The last 2 times I have been there it was very disappointing. I have been coming there for over 5 years getting my oil changed about 5 to 6 times a year. On one vehicle and 3 times a year on another. I'm not sure what changed but the service has gone down tremendously.

I had a terrific interaction with Mr. Mack. I came in for an oil change, but I was also concerned about a muffler issue. The service on the oil change was rapid and perfect. Then, Mack went out of his way to explain what he thought was wrong with the muffler. I found his advice very helpful. I later went to Marvin's Muffler in Glen Burnie to resolve the issue. Mr. Mack's advice allowed me to explain what I needed, and then the muffler experts verified the good advice I was given. I really appreciated the time Mr. Mack spent talking with me and educating me. You are lucky to have such a dedicated person working for you.

Visit went well. Someone popped my trunk open by mistake and didn't close it. I had to stop on 95, pull over and close it. Not cool.
Oil change went well. I could smell oil burning after. Not sure how this happens when the oil is changed from below. ?
I appreciate the speed. There were two people in front of me and I think I was out of there in about 15 minutes
All the prices are different from online versus in-store. I did not get a courtesy vacuum after three times going over with the tech about what services I wanted. He still tried to charge me for something different.

For the second time (the first being in December 2022 or January 2023) my car had to have the engine air sensor cleaned/repaired days following my oil change. The first time the repair entailed my having to be towed while on my way to vacation because it totally stopped running. That mechanic explained that the air filter was replaced backwards after I was shown how dirty it was by the Jiffy Lube technician. That in turn blew all the dirt into the sensor and stopped the car.
This time when the car began bucking and stuttering, I had a friend follow me to leave it at the mechanic before it had to be towed. This mechanic listed the repair as "air cleaner box not secured properly; reattach cleaner box, clean mass air flow sensor".
I don't know what a call would do since I spoke with and acting manager and then the manager on Monday, May 5 and was told I could bring it in, and they'd check. I told him I was through with Jiffy Lube and would not bring my car back to him for any reason. He advised that the problem must be my car because in 35 years working for Jiffy Lube, he's never heard of this problem once let alone two times. Thanks for asking.
