You all put spark plugs in my vehicle May 4th. Afterwards my vehicle was not running right.Took my vehicle back the following Saturday. The spark plugs and cap were put in inorrectly and stripped, Tech Satfon could not get the cap off, he could not complete the correction.I returned the following Monday tech Satfon claimed he fixed the issue. My vehicle was still not running right. My vehicle is now in the shop getting broken spark plug replace. Yes a phone call from Corporate would be appreciated

FYI, our car just made it to 100,000 miles so I wanted to make sure we got some of the long-term work done. Only, minor issue was a certified mechanic was not available to do a couple jobs like the spark plugs, transmission; but, the staff was direct and open explaining the issue. So, I will return again in few weeks to see if a mechanic is available and it will all work it out just fine.
Thanks again for servicing our 2011 Lincoln for many years! My wife still loves her car and it serves us well. You all get much of the credit. Thank you!

I was inconvenienced with the time, the wrong parts were sent twice, I was not discounted like promised, the technicians were extremely nice considering. I know for a fact that my wheel lock was in my vehicle when I arrived, but they claimed it wasn’t. I normally don’t go to that particular one, but I didn’t feel like going any further, but I was there @ 3ish, and was there until 8 ish. I will never go there again. This was actually the second time I had work done there and left disappointed.
