Charged 70 for a cabin air filter, I could have bought myself for $15.00, extreme parts mark up. I’ll be shopping for bargains next time. They also marked my sticker wrong. I use synthetic oil and don’t need change for 5,00 7500 miles and they used 3000. 2nd x that’s happened

Been having my vehicles' oil changed at Jiffy Lube for decades. Love the flexibility of being able to go when it fits in my schedule and not needing an appointment. Service is always quick. I've never encountered any problems.

Each person I dealt with at the Clarksville Jiffy Lube was courteous, efficient and very helpful!
There is a disconnect between the guy at rhe computer screen and the one doing the work. I told him not to check the cabin air filter, but someone did anyway and the glove box door wouldn't close properly. They fixed it, but inconvenient. Also, the lost a tire stem valve cap.

Technicians were super friendly and helpful. Especially the female tech with dark hair whose name starts with 'N' (sorry I can't remember her whole name) who was working on my headlights. She was really helpful and her attitude made the whole Jiffy Lube experience a good one.
