I really liked how easy it was to make an appointment. I was able to do it via chat and that's how I like to do things. It really couldn't have been any easier. Convenient as well. My mom and I were so pleased with how great our carpet looked after the cleaning was done. Natalie was great!!! Very professional and nice. Zerorez cleaned our carpet and light colored furniture. Everything looked great when they were finished. The carpet hasn’t gotten that matted down look it does after regular steam cleaning.

Love Zerorez! My carpets are so clean they shine! Truly. A brighter clean that shows. Also my chair that was cleaned looks amazing!! I never thought that it would get THAT clean!! Emphasis on CLEANING carpet with NOT leaving matter behind that May attract dirt over time with convention style cleaning. Zero Residue gives a feeling our grand kids can crawl on the carpet and not be too concerned over its cleanliness.

I like the fact that it is natural products. My cat is important to me, knowing that I am not exposing her to harsh chemicals in the carpent cleaning process means a lot to me.

Our carpets smell and look great! Great communication about arrival time. Efficient and thorough every time you’ve been out. I love that there is no upselling or pressure to add on services like some others. I also don’t feel like I’ve been taken advantage of in some way like I have in the past with the “bigger” guys.
