Josh called significantly earlier than the appointment, which was fine with us since we were ready for him. He came in wearing a mask, which we appreciated, although we decided it wasn't necessary since he is fully vaccinated and so are we. After cleaning my carpet last week my carpet looks terrific (amazing for as old as the carpet is)! They were able to get several spots out in my living room area that the previous carpet cleaner was unable to do. I especially love that they use no chemicals and I was excited to see how much dirt, hair, dust, etc that they were able to pull up and get rid of!! They are very friendly, right on time, with a call ahead to alert me they were coming and when they would arrive, and Josh took the time to answer some questions I had and was very informative. I have found my new favorite carpet cleaners!!!!
