Lower water usage, no harsh chemicals. The ladies were professional and friendly. No marks on my walls and they finished in about 90 minutes. Great job!

I can't say enough good things about the service that we received from Josh. I had a couch for 8 months and was starting to see a pink tint to the fabric and terrible water marks. Josh came out to clean the couch and after some investigation on his part, we found that the couch has been mislabled!! Josh is in the process of writing a summary of his findings so I can bring it to the attention of the manufacturer.

The cleaning smell wasn't overwhelming and was mostly gone by the end of the day. Natalie was friendly and professional and cleaned our carpets quickly and efficiently.

Great service other than a small stain that may have been from the equipment used as that room was not cleaned. This is where the hoses were. Thank you!!!

Very friendly and quick. The only thing that was not good was the edge of the floor tile in the kitchen was not cleaned. The whole kitchen floor looked good except for the edge next to the wood floor in the living room.

I really liked how easy it was to make an appointment. I was able to do it via chat and that's how I like to do things. It really couldn't have been any easier. Convenient as well. My mom and I were so pleased with how great our carpet looked after the cleaning was done. Natalie was great!!! Very professional and nice. She came right in, got the layout of what was going to be done and got right to work. My dog even liked her. Super nice girl and did a great job.

I like how your technicians kept me up to date on their ETA and gave me enough notice that they were on their way so I could still go about my day and not be waiting around in the 3 hour window.
They were very thorough in their explanation of their services and costs.
They worked quickly and effeciently but also took time to do a thorough cleaning.
The smell of the products is the best smelling of any company I have used.
