What a nice thing to be able to schedule on a Sunday! Josh called at the expected time, showed up at the correct time. Reviewed the estimate and began working. He was professional and respectful of all aspects of the service. We had our sectional clean...WOW! like new. The carpet also! It dried fast and looks amazing. I am so glad I found this company to clean. I will be having them back to do some additional furniture and carpets!

ZeroRez came in and did a REAL pre-treatment/clean (pet stains/odors) to the carpet, then switched equipment and performed the "real" cleaning. Our carpet looks fantastic! I can't recommend ZeroRez & Josh (the owner!) enough! Super friendly and on time! I have high cleaning standards and he exceeded mine!

I like that they don't use any harsh chemicals or soaps. They were able to get up some tough grease stains that had been on my carpets for over a year. Left it feeling nice and soft. No complaints!

The technician was on time. Explained the process and what he was going to do. He explained how the machines worked and how the company didn't use harsh chemicals to get my carpets clean. He took care to make sure that my cupboards and corners of doors and such did not get damaged and covered his shoes so that dirt would not be tracked in on clean floors. Very happy with my clean carpets and the whole experience.
