Very satisfied with cleanliness of our rugs. Really like the low-water process - our rugs had minimal "bumps" from expansion, which disappeared as the rugs dried within a day. Also, the counter-rotating brush does a great job of raising nap in high traffic areas. Definitely recommended over companies that use conventional water extraction.

I just love that their clean, is truly clean. I've used another service provider 1 time in between and after the other service, it was just a few short months that I could see traffic wear starting up again. With this service, the oils and dirt has nothing to cling to and the result is significantly longer before I need to call them back.

Was pleasantly surprised to learn about the first part where deep dirt is raised up from deep in the carpet. Always pleased to see stains gone and the carpet looking new, and dries quickly.

From start to finish, the service was top notch. Great communication, punctual arrival, overall service was fantastic. We had 3 rooms, hallway, staircase and a couch cleaned and we were very impressed with how good they looked when finished. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you
