I scheduled this service as we are listing our home, and my carpets needed cleaning. The worst areas are spotless! I am so pleased. The service was completed while we have been out of town, so I do not know how wet the carpets were , so I cannot report on that. Also, I personally did not meet the techs or witness their technique and product use.
I did request the large are rug in our family room to be cleaned, and it does not look like it had been done. The fringe is still dirty and there are some sticky areas near the couch still.
If I wasn’t charged for that service, then I am ok with that. Please send me an itemized bill.
