Friendly technician, my carpet looks brand new and the smells are gone!
He was very professional and efficient. The price was right. The outcome in most areas was a huge improvement. There were a few high traffic areas that might have used a bit more work but we didn't want extreme measures taken so it could likely be for that reason that the areas didn't look as clean as they could have been after drying. Loved the smell of the house ... smelled like a new carpet store! Felt like it cleaned up a lot of allergens from the carpet and air in our main living area. Feel good about that! Overall, I great experience. Will definitely use your services again!

The carpet seems very clean. I was a little disappointed that a dog smell came back after carpet dried. I did get the pet treatment also.

I decided to use your company based on the chemical free approach. I had doubts that it would get them clean, but they look fabulous. I was also very concerned about residual smell-even a "Clean Smell" can be bad for our household, and I don't smell anything. The two gentleman who did the carpets did were very polite and kind. Honest knowledgeabe service people. This is a classey outfit. I had a terrible pet stain left by a renter. The tech told me it may take a couple applications to get it out. after the first cleaning I was thrilled that it was gone. A week later it reappeared ,but much lighter. When I call to report they happily came back to work on it again. Upon leaving I was assured they would continue to return until I was satisfied. I cant believe it, other companies have just et me know that they did all they could at times like this.
Love everything about this company. First, they have Saturday hours which is amazing and worked very well with our schedules. He arrived on time and answered all of my questions. When he left my carpets looked amazing! We were just about to get replacement quotes when we heard the ads and decided to give ZeroRez a try. So glad we did and even a few weeks later the carpets still look great, no reappearing stains or smells. Now I need to get them out to do the rest of them.

The carpet came out great. I had water stains and rust and everything came out. And after it dried, the stains did not show back up like they sometimes do.
