Love Zerorez carpet cleaning. My carpets are older but after Josh Clark comes to clean them they always are brighter and clean. Zerorez gets all the dirt and spots out of my carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez

Zerorez was recommend to me by Migala Carpet in Kalamazoo. I was a bit hesitant as I was not at all familiar with Zeroez but figured if a major carpet store recommended them they have to be pretty solid. And Zerorez did not disappoint. Booking an appointment was easy and quick. The gentleman who did the service (Josh) called before he arrived and was super polite, generous and professional. Prior to cleaning, he walked me through some problem areas and suggested how he'd like to address them. Then he spent several hours cleaning the carpets and at the end of the day they turned out fantastic. Honestly, I could not be happier with the service, price and overall value. I would highly recommend them!!

Josh did a phenomenal job cleaning our sectional! We had a lot of water marks and overall needed a good clean. Our couch looks so much better now! We will be using again for other upholstery in our home in the future.
I like that they aren't putting chemicals in my carpet. My carpets look amazing, my daughter came over today & says "the carpet smells brand new!!" I wouldn't trust my carpet being cleaned by any other company... they really are the BEST!!
