I didn’t have to wait weeks for service.Josh arrived when scheduled and did a great job. My carpets look wonderful. My bedroom carpet is older. Josh told me which areas would not go back to original color. The rest of it looks like new

The Results are wonderful! Everything~my sofa, loveseat and chair, look so very nice and are fresh and clean! “Josh” pays attention to detail and even made time to clean a runner in my entryway for me. I can hardly wait to have him come back and clean my carpet and area rugs! I so appreciated ZeroRez’s ability to fit me in rather last minute before Christmas and on the morning after we had the freezing rain and snow.
I love that there is no residue afterwards, which means minimal chemicals that allows for quicker drying and so much safer for my pets. They are super friendly and very cautious of your walls and furniture. This company is too notch!

Love Zerorez carpet cleaning. My carpets are older but after Josh Clark comes to clean them they always are brighter and clean. Zerorez gets all the dirt and spots out of my carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez

Josh did a great job . Our couch looks brand new. Living room carpet looks so much better. Drying time is not long. The walkway in our garage us free of stains, Definitely will use this company in the future.
The service person was detailed and informative. He wore the shoe covers and used wall bumper covers as well. The job was very thorough. They use a pre treatment then another machine to scale the carpet and get the pre treatment between all of the carpet fibers. The final step is the water which is alkalized. So, no sticky residue and the carpet was very clean. It was dry in 8 hours. Will use Zororez in the future.
