I can do it ALL there! From treadmill, weights, stretching, and walk pool/aquatics…. It’s a safe environment and very clean. It has a healthy ambiance. And because I have an Indian card, I can afford to come there.

I like that they include all children in the community. There is no bias towards a child's athletic ability. It really become a fun developmental activity for all!

The Tai Chi group appreciates your efforts to replace Janice and keep our members together. For some of these individuals, this is the only exercise they get.
