The instructor of the yoga class I attend (Monday & Wednesday at 8:30 am) is outstanding. There is a variety of programs offered throughout the day.

There is a variety of machines and equipment to strengthen your body. Plus the pool and classes. It is a great place to workout

I love the pool, sauna, and classes. When there is something broken or not working it is fixed quickly.

I like the strength training classes and that there’s a variety of times to go. I like being able to turn off my mind and get a good workout in.

Honestly everything!
We can swim, the kids have a play and learn area, we can relax and read, we can work out, and put our kids in sports we may not have been able to normally afford. The staff is amazing ✨
