I just had my last session with trainer Kelli, I would recommend her to anyone! I'm an older adult and she modified some of the exercises to make it less painful. She texted me a couple of times a week with nutrition and exercise tips.

I enjoy the number and variety of programs, and the times they are offered throughout the week. The staff is nice, and the equipment is great.

The e machines are awesome. Takes all the guessing out of how much weight and number of repetitions.

Excellent pools with no wait for lap swim.

My trainer Alicia in strength class is amazing, she always goes over the correct way to lift to avoid injuries as well as to get the most of the routine. She makes the class fun and encourages you to be your very best. Morning front desk staff has the best customer service.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I've been a Y member for 30 plus years, and my family joined the Thornton Y (now Tandy) when it opened back in the mid 60's!!!

I am fortunate to get in a 'noon hour workout' every weekday, and it is the highlight of my day, even as a middle aged guy. As for the programs, the youth team activities that I participated in back when were some of the best memories. Getting kids involved in team activities is such a great social experience, and helps them with teamwork and sportsmanship skills.

I coached many youth Y teams when my kids were little, and it was always a pure joy.

I love all the pool activities! I am taking Christie's class and even though the heater is broken I am enjoying it. Your life guards are the best. They are friendly and happy to help. Always attentive, moving around to be wherever the swimming is and ready to do what needs to be done.
